The Attendee Letter Template provides basic information you can share with your employer about the benefits of attending Safety Congress.

  • Attendee Letter Template – Download and customize your letter. Submit it to your supervisor when requesting funding to participate in the conference.
  • Safety Congress Flyer - Many employers require a print piece describing the event as part of the funding request process. Download the PDF flyer to submit with your funding request.

Visa Invitation Request Form

AIST administers requests for Safety Congress registrants who need a visa invitation letter. Please complete this form to request a visa invitation letter.

Cost-saving Opportunities

Consider these suggestions to help reduce the cost of attending Safety Congress:

  • Register Early: Submit your registration form and payment by September 20, 2021 to receive the discounted registration rate, up to $100 off.
  • Book Housing at the Sheraton: A block of rooms has been reserved at a special group rate of $159 per night. Staying at the congress location will save you time and money. Housing rates are not guaranteed once the block is full, or beyond the housing deadline, whichever comes first. Book early!
