Exhibitor Registration

All booth personnel will be required to have an official exhibitor badge in order to gain access to the Exhibit Hall. If your booth installation requires set-up crew that will not be staying in the hall during show hours, but will need access during move-in and move-out hours, they do NOT need to be registered as exhibitor personnel. Please have set-up crews use the Work Pass available in the Exhibitor Service Manual for Exhibit Hall access.
Each company receives one (1) full-conference and two (2) exhibitor personnel badges per 10’ x 10’ (100 ft2) exhibit space purchased. To register your booth staff and colleagues for badges, please visit he registration portal online using the button above. A company ID, send by RCS, is required. Please contact RCS at 1–805–677–4293 or e-mail at tms2018@rcsreg.com with any company ID or badge registration questions.

It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to review the full Exhibitor Service Manual and comply with all event rules and regulations. Exhibitors may be subject to material handling and union labor fees for booth set-up. Please see the Exhibitor Service Manual for more details. Freeman, OnPeak, Projection, RCS, Phoenix Convention Center, Aramark, and Corcoran Expositions are the official vendors for the TMS2018 Exhibition. If you are solicited by a vendor and are unsure of their legitimacy, please contact Exhibit Management at carly@corcexpo.com.
