Exhibit Personnel Badge Registration
All booth personnel will be required to have an official Exhibitor badge in order to gain access to the Exhibit Hall. If your booth installation requires a set-up crew that will not be staying in the hall during show hours, but will need access during move-in and move-out, they do NOT need to be registered as exhibit personnel. Please have set-up crews use the Work Pass (PDF) in the Exhibitor Service Manual for Exhibit Hall access. Each exhibiting company receives one (1) full-conference and two (2) exhibit personnel badges per 10’x10’ (100ft2) exhibit space purchased. Additional registrations can be purchased.

Exhibitor Guest Passes
The online registration portal also offers you the ability to invite guests to visit you at your booth with a Complimentary Expo Pass. Access the pass by clicking on the “Invite a Guest” button.
There is a maximum of five (5) complimentary Expo Pass guest registrants per exhibitor. Exhibitors are responsible for the distribution and usage of their guest passes. Passes cannot be used to register booth staff. The invite tool includes a clickable link that allows you to view a list of guests that have used your pass code.

If you do not have a Freeman account from a previous event, you can create one through their website. Order by the discount deadline, Monday, February 18, 2109, to secure the best rates!
It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to review the full ESM and comply with all event rules and regulations. Exhibitors may be subject to material handling and union labor fees for booth set-up. Please see the Exhibitor Service Manual for more details.
