The TMS 2020 Annual Meeting & Exhibition (TMS2020) returns to San Diego—where it broke the TMS all-time attendance record in 2017. Don’t miss this opportunity to be a part of another historic TMS Annual Meeting & Exhibition!

TMS2020 will connect minerals, metals, and materials scientists and engineers who work in industry, academia, and government positions around the world. The event will draw more than 4,000 attendees and feature four full days of technical programming, more than 80 symposia, two poster sessions, numerous networking opportunities, and lunch breaks for all attendees in the dynamic Exhibit Hall.

Additionally, TMS2020 will host the 9th International Symposium on Lead and Zinc Processing (PbZn 2020)—considered the leading technical forum of its kind.

Networking in the Exhibit Hall

Networking events in the Exhibit Hall are excellent opportunities for attendees to browse exhibitor displays between technical sessions. The exhibition kicks off with the Exhibit Opening Reception and Poster Session on Monday, February 24, and follows up with the Exhibit Hall Happy Hour and Poster Session on Tuesday, February 25. Both events will feature appetizers and beverages, as well as networking with exhibitors, poster presenters, and colleagues. On Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, attendees will be provided with complimentary lunch in the Exhibit Hall.

What You’ll Get as a TMS2020 Exhibitor

Booth Space and Sign

Standard inline booth space will be set with 8’ back and 3’ side drape. In addition, inline booths will receive a 44” one-line sign identifying their company name and booth number. Booth furniture, carpeting, and services, such as electric, will be available to order through the general service contractor, Freeman. Additional information will be provided in the Exhibitor Service Manual, available in late 2019.

Exhibitor Personnel Registration

Exhibitors receive one (1) full-conference and two (2) Exhibit Hall only registrations per 10’x10’ (100sqft) reserved. Full-conference registration includes admission to the popular plenary event and all technical sessions. Additional registrations can be purchased.

Booth Rental Rates

The booth rental rate is $2,700 USD per 10’x10’ booth ($27 per square foot), plus $150 per exposed corner.
