Who Should Attend?

This course will be of interest to anyone associated with technical aspects of alumina refining. It will be especially useful for junior engineers or engineers who are specialized in one aspect of the process but have had limited exposure to other aspects being discussed. The course could also be helpful for researchers, as industry challenges and limits of current technologies will be discussed.

Learning Objectives

This course will broaden the knowledge of attendees in a number of specialist aspects of refining bauxite to alumina. Participants will interact with experts on a range of key topics regarding bauxite and alumina refining. The knowledge gained at this course will be applicable at alumina refineries around the world. Participants can be inspired and motivated by hearing new and up-to-date technical information.
