All TMS members are invited to participate in the 2021 TMS Meeting of the Membership and Open Board of Directors meeting held during the TMS 2021 Virtual Annual Meeting & Exhibition (TMS2021 Virtual). The event is free, and TMS2021 Virtual registration is not required. The meeting will be recorded with the intent to post it to the TMS web site.

This event is open to current TMS members only. If you are a nonmember registrant for TMS2021 Virtual, your membership will begin following the conclusion of the conference.

- Entertaining of Questions or Comments from the Membership
- Time and Location of the TMS2022 Annual Meeting of the Membership and Open Board of Directors Meeting
- Appreciation of Outgoing Board Members
- Transfer of the Gavel to 2021 President
- Appreciation of Outgoing President and Welcome of New Board Members
