Celebrate the return of the in-person exhibit, the continuation of the TMS-AIME 150th Anniversary Year, and the 2022 TMS Bladesmithing Competition with a booth at the TMS 2022 Annual Meeting Exhibition.

TMS2022 connects minerals, metals, and materials scientists and engineers who work in industry, academia, and government positions around the world. The event will draw more than 3,000 attendees to Anaheim, California, an accessible location for international travelers.

TMS2022 will feature four full days of technical programming, made up of more than 90 symposia in 14 topic areas. Special events like poster sessions, networking receptions, and the Bladesmithing competition are also planned and will take place in the dynamic TMS2022 Exhibit Hall.

Additionally, TMS2022 will host the following co-located events: Diversity in the Minerals, Metals, and Materials Professions 4 (DMMM4); Furnace Tapping 2022; and REWAS 2022. All participants in these events will have access to the TMS2022 Exhibit Hall.

Networking in the Exhibit Hall

Networking events in the Exhibit Hall are excellent opportunities for attendees to browse exhibitor displays between technical sessions. The exhibition kicks off with the Exhibit Opening Reception and Poster Session on Monday, February 28, and follows up with the Exhibit Hall Happy Hour and Poster Session on Tuesday, March 1. Both events will feature appetizers and beverages, as well as networking with exhibitors, poster presenters, and colleagues.

What You’ll Get as a TMS2022 Exhibitor

Booth Space and Sign

Standard inline booth space will be set with 8’ back and 3’ side drape. In addition, inline booths will receive a 44” one-line sign identifying their company name and booth number. Booth furniture, carpeting, and services, such as electric, will be available to order through the general service contractor, Freeman. Additional information will be provided in the Exhibitor Service Manual, available in late 2021.

Exhibitor Personnel Registration

Exhibitors receive one (1) full-conference and two (2) Exhibit Hall only registrations per 10’x10’ (100sqft) reserved. Full-conference registration includes admission to the popular plenary event and all technical sessions. Additional registrations can be purchased.

Your company will receive the pre-show and final TMS2022 attendee e-mail lists for one-time use. (Please note that attendees must opt in to be included on this list.)

Booth Rental Rates

The booth rental rate is $2,800 USD per 10’x10’ booth ($28 per square foot), plus $150 per exposed corner.
