Rate: $2,750.00 USD

TMS electronic membership (no print JOM) through 2018 is also included in the registration fee for TMS nonmembers. 

Meeting Policies

Cancellation Policy: TMS reserves the right to cancel this course due to low registration; registrants will be notified at least 20 days prior to the course date and receive full refunds. Travel-related expenses are the responsibility of the registrant and are not included in the registration fee refunds. If a registrant must cancel, TMS must be notified in writing (by mail or e-mail) before October 6, 2017; payment will be refunded less a $75 processing fee. No refunds will be processed after October 6, 2017.

Photography and Recording Policy: TMS reserves the right to all audio and video reproductions of presentations at TMS-sponsored meetings. By registering for this conference, all attendees acknowledge that they may be photographed by TMS personnel while at events, and that those photos may be used for promotional purposes, in and on TMS publications and websites, and on social media sites.

Any recording of sessions (audio, video, still photography, etc.) intended for personal use, distribution, publication, or copyright without the express written consent of TMS and the individual authors is strictly prohibited. Attendees violating this policy may be asked to leave the session.
