TMS, in partnership with our event venue, is complying with guidance from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and relevant state and local authorities to provide a safe and healthy environment for HEA 2021 attendees. We will continue to work with our venue and local partners to address the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic as the health and well-being of our meeting attendees, partners, and staff attending events remains our top priority.
TMS continually monitors the COVID-19 situation and the latest guidance on health and safety protocols. Because circumstances change rapidly, we encourage attendees to visit the following sites to learn the most-up-to-date information from local and national health organizations.
Hilton maintains an informational webpage in response to the coronavirus pandemic with the latest information regarding booking flexibility, Hilton Honors membership Points and Status, supporting our communities and workforce, and travel safety. New procedures to preserve the health and safety of guests includes the following practices.
Social Distancing continues to be a recommended or required practice in public settings. We’ve adjusted common areas in many of our hotels to help guests adhere to these guidelines. During your stay, please be mindful of other guests and Team Members and maintain the suggested six feet of distance. Hotel Services and Amenities. For your safety, some services or amenities such as pool, spas, fitness centers, restaurants and daily housekeeping may be modified or suspended.
Hilton has developed a global program that will introduce a new standard of hotel cleanliness and disinfection to ensure Hilton guests enjoy an even cleaner and safer stay: Hilton CleanStay with Lysol protection. The program has been developed with experts from RB, maker of Lysol and Dettol, brands trusted for safely disinfecting surfaces. In addition, experts from the Infection Prevention and Control team at Mayo Clinic will advise and assist in enhancing Hilton’s cleaning disinfection protocols.

By registering for HEA 2021, all attendees acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions of the TMS COVID-19 Release and Hold Harmless Agreement. TMS also asks that you NOT attend HEA 2021 if you are subject to the quarantine or isolation guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
We also ask attendees to work with us to follow all federal, state, local, venue, and CDC guidelines and will keep you informed as to how those guidelines pertain to HEA 2021. We appreciate your cooperation in these matters.
