Online and advanced registration is now closed

Onsite registration is available beginning at 5:30p.m. on Sunday July 21st, at the White River Registration desk at the Marriott Hotel . To expedite the registration process, you may complete and print the PDF registration form and bring it with you. TMS staff will be available to assist you with your registration.

This congress will be held Sunday, July 21, 2019, through Thursday, July 25, 2019, and includes the following:

  • Sunday evening welcome reception
  • Refreshment breaks during session intermissions coordinated with exhibit viewing
  • Tuesday poster reception
  • Wednesday dinner event

Attendees are required to register and badges must be worn for admission to technical sessions, the exhibition and all conference events.

Registration Awards

TMS received funding support to facilitate ICME 2019 attendance by students, postdoctoral researchers, and early-career investigators.

Successful applicants received free registration which includes access to:

  • All technical sessions
  • Welcome reception
  • Refreshment breaks during session intermissions, coordinated with exhibit viewing
  • Conference banquet

Meeting Policies

Cancellation Policy: Requests for cancellations must be made in writing (by e-mail or mail) to TMS. A $75 processing fee is charged for all cancellations. No refunds will be processed after the registration deadline of May 31, 2019.

Anti-Harassment Policy: In all activities, TMS is committed to providing a professional environment free of harassment, disrespectful behavior, or other unprofessional conduct. TMS requires all attendees to abide by the Anti-Harassment Policy.

Photography and Recording Policy: TMS reserves the right to all audio and video reproductions of presentations at TMS-sponsored meetings. By registering for this conference, all attendees acknowledge that they may be photographed by TMS personnel while at events, and that those photos may be used for promotional purposes, in and on TMS publications and websites, and on social media sites.

Any recording of sessions (audio, video, still photography, etc.) intended for personal use, distribution, publication, or copyright without the express written consent of TMS and the individual authors is strictly prohibited. Attendees violating this policy may be asked to leave the session.
