Our top priority is the health and well-being of our meeting participants, partners, and staff attending events. We also encourage all to protect themselves and others by following the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Relaxed Cancellation Policy

Please note that due to the ongoing uncertainty regarding COVID-19, if you decide not to attend this event based on concerns around your health or travel, TMS will provide a registration fee credit that can be used for a future event. Fee credits will be granted if a notice of cancellation is received via e-mail by Thursday, November 4, after which time we are unable to reduce our catering commitment to the venue.
