Registration
Numisheet 2020 will be held Sunday, July 19, 2020, through Friday, July 24, 2019, and includes the following:
- Welcome reception
- Access to technical sessions and poster sessions
- Daily breakfast, lunch, and coffee breaks
- A conference bag containing the final program
- Conference banquet event
- Social events (to be announced)
Attendees are required to register and badges must be worn for admission to technical sessions, the exhibition and all conference events.

Meeting Policies
Cancellation Policy: Requests for cancellations must be made in writing (by e-mail or mail) to the conference organizers. A processing fee is charged for all cancellations. No refunds will be processed after the discount registration deadline of June 1, 2020.
Photography and Recording Policy: The conference reserves the right to all audio and video reproductions of presentations at NUMISHEET. By registering for this conference, all attendees acknowledge that they may be photographed by conference personnel while at events, and that those photos may be used for promotional purposes, in and on conference publications and websites, and on social media sites.
Any recording of sessions (audio, video, still photography, etc.) intended for personal use, distribution, publication, or copyright without the express written consent of the conference organizers, and the individual authors is strictly prohibited. Attendees violating this policy may be asked to leave the session.
Attendees with Disabilities: Contact the conference organizers and programming services (programming@programmaster.org) if you require special equipment or services.
Dietary Requests: The conference organizers will work with the meeting facility/hotel to meet attendee dietary requests, provided staff is informed of the special request at least 24 hours in advance of the request. Please indicate dietary restrictions when registering, or contact TMS Meeting Services with menu questions.
Time Zones: Unless otherwise noted, all times for this conference and related events will take place in the local time zone, Eastern Daylight Time (UTC -0400).
Language: The meeting and all presentations, program materials, and signage will be in English.
