Sponsored by The Minerals, Metals & Materials Society (TMS) and ASM International, Materials Week '97 will be held September 14-18, 1997, at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis, Indiana. Many area hotels will offer reduced rates to Materials Week '97 attendees. All hotel reservations must be made through the Indianapolis Housing Bureau using the hotel reservation form, which is available here in portable document format--a .pdf file that can be read using the free software Adobe Acrobat.

No telephone reservations will be accepted. All changes and cancellations prior to August 29, 1997, should be made in writing and sent by fax directly to the Indianapolis Housing Bureau. All changes or cancellations made after August 29, 1997, are to be made directly to the hotels. All confirmations from the Indianapolis Housing Bureau will have the hotel's phone number printed on it.
