CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
Both Device
Research Conference (DRC) and Electronic
Materials Conference (EMC) badges will be accepted by both conferences
on Wednesday, June 25.
Registration fee includes Sunday welcoming reception, Monday poster session
reception, Tuesday conference picnic, Tuesday rump session, coffee breaks,
attendance to all technical sessions, and EMC exhibition on Wednesday.
A conference digest with session titles and abstracts of papers to be
presented at the meeting will be made available for all registrants at
the registration desk when picking up your registration packet.
The deadline to register in advance for the meeting has passed. To attend, it will now be necessary to register on-site at the meeting. The registration form can be downloaded in portable
document format, which can be viewed and printed using Adobe

You may register at the conference. Please note: On-site registration
fees will be higher. On-site registration will be located in the Olpin
Union Building and begin on Sunday afternoon continuing through Wednesday
afternoon during the following hours:

The deadline for all refunds was June 9, 2003. No refunds are issued at the meeting. All fees and tickets are non-refundable after the June 9, 2003, deadline.
