About PRICM-3

July 12-16, 1998 · Honolulu, Hawaii
THIRD PACIFIC RIM INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON ADVANCED MATERIALS AND PROCESSING

The Third Pacific Rim International Conference on Advanced Materials and Processing (PRICM-3) is sponsored by The Minerals, Metals & Materials Society (TMS), the Chinese Society for Metals, the Japanese Institute of Metals, and the Korean Institute of Metals and Materials. The conference will be held July 12-16, 1998, at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Hotel, in Honolulu, Hawaii.

This conference is built upon the proven concept (and continues the tradition of) its two predecessors. The first conference was held in Hangzhou, China, during June 1992 and was unique in bringing together material scientists and engineers from the four organizing societies for discussions in advanced material processing. The second conference was held in Kyonju, South Korea, during June 1995 and provided avenue for exchange of ideas on the current status of experimental and theoretical developments in processing and characterization of advanced materials.
