All conference participants must register for the full conference. Conference badges must be worn for admission to technical sessions and all conference events.

REGISTRATION FEES
Registration fee includes technical sessions, exhibition, welcome reception, poster reception, refreshment breaks, one proceedings copy, and one ticket to the conference dinner.

- $690.00 – Nonmember**
- $375.00 – Student Member*
- $475.00 – Student Nonmember*
Rates will increase after June 14, 2013.
**Includes TMS membership for 2013.
* Copy of student school identification card must accompany form.
MEETING POLICIES
Cancellation Policy
Requests for cancellations must be made in writing to TMS. A $75 processing fee is charged for all cancellations. No refunds will be processed after the advanced registration deadline date (June 14, 2013).
Photography Notice
By registering for the conference, all attendees acknowledge that they may be photographed by TMS personnel while at events and that those photos may be used for promotional purposes.
Audio/Video Recording Policy
TMS reserves the right to all audio and video reproductions of presentations at TMS sponsored meetings. Recording of sessions (audio, video, still photography, etc.) intended for personal use, distribution, publication, or copyright without the express written consent of TMS and the individual authors is strictly prohibited. Contact TMS Technical Programming at (724) 776-9000 to obtain a copy of the waiver release form.
