This congress will be held Sunday, May 31 through Thursday, June 4 and includes the following:
- Sunday evening opening reception and keynote presentation
- Morning and afternoon refreshment breaks during session intermissions
- Monday poster reception
- Wednesday evening dinner event
Attendees are required to register and badges must be worn for admission to technical sessions, the exhibition, and all congress events.
Online and advanced registration is now closed. If you are interested in attending the ICME World Congress you can register onsite. Congress registration will open on Sunday, May 31 at 5:30 p.m. in the Lower Lobby of the Cheyenne Mountain Resort.

Cancellation Policy
Requests for cancellations must be made in writing to TMS. A $75 processing fee is charged for
all cancellations. No refunds will be processed after the registration deadline of May 8, 2015.
Photography Notice
By registering for the course, all attendees acknowledge that they may be photographed by TMS personnel while at
events and that those photos may be used for promotional purposes.
Audio/Video Recording Policy
TMS reserves the right to all audio and video reproductions of presentations at TMS sponsored meetings. Recording of sessions
(audio, video, still photography, etc.) intended for personal use, distribution, publication, or copyright without the express
written consent of TMS and the individual authors is strictly prohibited. Contact TMS Technical Programming at (724) 776-9000 to
obtain a copy of the waiver release form.
