EPD Pyrometallurgy Best Paper Award

This award recognizes individual excellence of a paper published in the preceding year’s volume of the EPD Pyrometallurgy sponsored symposium, JOM, or Metallurgical & Materials Transactions A, B, and E.

Criteria

  1. The paper(s) must be presented at the preceding year’s Annual Meeting in a symposia sponsored by the Pyrometallurgy Committee and have the full manuscript published in the proceedings of EPD Pyrometallurgy symposia, JOM, or Metallurgical & Materials Transactions A, B, or E on the subject of pyrometallurgy;
  2. The paper must exemplify the application of fundamental and applied knowledge to improve existing processes and/or promote technical innovation in pyrometallurgical processes;
  3. The style must be clear and concise.

How to Nominate

No formal submission of nominees. Recipients determined by EPD Pyrometallurgy Committee.
