Registration fee includes online lectures, interactive question-and-answer time, and course notes provided in PDF. Nonmember registrants also receive TMS e-membership through 2022.
All meeting fees are expressed in U.S. dollars (USD).
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: If a registrant must cancel, TMS must be notified in writing before October 20, 2021. No refunds will be processed after October 20, 2021.
