Onsite registration is available beginning at 7:30a.m. on Monday, July 23, at the Front Patio, Loma Pelona. To expedite the registration process, you may complete and print the PDF registration form and bring it with you. TMS staff will be available to assist you with your registration.

Registration Awards

The National Science Foundation has provided support to facilitate DMMM3 attendance by students, postdoctoral researchers, and young investigators (DMR-1831733).

Meeting Policies

Cancellation Policy: TMS reserves the right to cancel this course due to low registration; registrants will be notified at least 20 days prior to the course date and receive full refunds. Travel-related expenses are the responsibility of the registrant and are not included in the registration fee refunds. If a registrant must cancel, TMS must be notified in writing (by e-mail or mail) before June 18, 2018; payment will be refunded less a $75 processing fee. No refunds will be processed after the registration deadline of June 18, 2018.

Anti-Harassment Policy: In all activities, TMS is committed to providing a professional environment free of harassment, disrespectful behavior, or other unprofessional conduct. TMS requires all attendees to abide by the Anti-Harassment Policy.

Photography and Recording Policy: TMS reserves the right to all audio and video reproductions of presentations at TMS-sponsored meetings. By registering for this course, all attendees acknowledge that they may be photographed by TMS personnel while at events, and that those photos may be used for promotional purposes, in and on TMS publications and websites, and on social media sites.

Any recording of lectures (audio, video, still photography, etc.) intended for personal use, distributions, publication, or copyright without express written consent of TMS and the individual authors is strictly prohibited. Attendees violating this policy may be asked to leave the lecture.
