The health and well-being of our meeting attendees, partners, and staff attending events is our top priority. We also encourage all participants to protect themselves and others by following the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. 

What You’ll Experience at the Meeting Venue

The course will be held at TMS Headquarters, which is located in a professionally maintained office complex. Attendance will be limited to facilitate social distancing recommendations. TMS staff will work to maintain limited-contact food and beverage service and will employ other situational tactics and event planning best practices to promote safety.

With regards to overnight accommodations for attendees. The Fairfield Inn by Marriott is following Marriott’s Commitment to Cleanliness to increase standards to an even higher level with new cleaning technologies and cleaning regimen changes.

Relaxed Cancellation Policy

Please note that due to the ongoing uncertainty regarding COVID-19, TMS will not charge a cancellation fee if you decide to not attend this event based on concerns around your health or travel. Please note that this will only be honored if the cancellation is made prior to the start of the event. For additional details on our cancellation policy, please refer to the Registration page.
