Onsite registration is available beginning at 5:30 p.m. to Sunday, September 10, at the Hyatt at The Bellevue hotel in the Grand Ballroom Foyer on the first floor. To expedite the registration process, you may complete and print the PDF registration form and bring it with you. Staff will be available to assist you with your registration.

This conference will be held Sunday, September 10, through Wednesday, September 13, and includes the following:
  • Sunday evening welcome reception
  • Morning and afternoon refreshment breaks during session intermissions
  • Monday poster reception
  • Monday evening conference banquet

Attendees are required to register and badges must be worn for admission to technical sessions, the exhibition and all conference events.

Please note that the conference has not arranged for transportation to and from Citizens Bank Park. Attendees purchasing game tickets should plan on using public transportation to get to the game, or coordinate with other attendees. More information to come soon.

Meeting Policies

Cancellation Policy:  Requests for cancellations must be made in writing (by e-mail or mail) to TMS. A $75 processing fee is charged for all cancellations. No refunds will be processed after the registration deadline of August 18, 2017.

Photography and Recording Policy:  TMS reserves the right to all audio and video reproductions of presentations at TMS-sponsored meetings. By registering for this conference, all attendees acknowledge that they may be photographed by TMS personnel while at events, and that those photos may be used for promotional purposes, in and on TMS publications and websites, and on social media sites.

Any recording of sessions (audio, video, still photography, etc.) intended for personal use, distribution, publication, or copyright without the express written consent of TMS and the individual authors is strictly prohibited. Attendees violating this policy may be asked to leave the session.
