This course will be held November 2 through November 4, 2021 and includes the following five modules:
- Module 1: The Road to AI: A Historical and Computational Perspective
- Module 2: Introduction to Machine Learning and Deep Learning for Materials Science
- Module 3: Computer Vision for Microstructural Analysis
- Module 4: Autonomous Research: Theory and Implementation
- Module 5: AI/ML for Materials Manufacturing: Understanding the Applications, Building Predictive Modeling, and Uncertainty Quantification
Instructional sessions will be recorded and available to participants for a limited time after the course concludes.

Registration Policies
Cancellation/Refund Policy: If a registrant must cancel, TMS must be notified in writing (by e-mail or mail) before the discount registration deadline of October 8, 2021; payment will be refunded less a $75 processing fee. No refunds will be processed after the discount registration deadline of October 8, 2021.
Time Zones: Unless otherwise noted, all times for this conference and related events will take place in the local time zone, EST (UTC/GMT -5 hours).
Language: The meeting and all presentations, program materials, and signage will be in English.
Currency: All meeting fees are expressed in U.S. dollars (USD).
