TMS continually monitors the COVID-19 situation and the latest guidance on health and safety protocols.
TMS commits to follow guidelines outlined by federal, state, and local authorities to maintain appropriate sanitary, health, and safety measures. The health and well-being of our meeting attendees, partners, and staff attending events are our top priorities. We also encourage all participants to protect themselves and others by following the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
During registration, all attendees will be asked to agree to not attend any TMS event if they are experiencing symptoms, have a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19, or have come into contact with a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19 in the last 14 days.
We also ask attendees to work with us to follow all federal, state, local, venue, and CDC guidelines and will keep you informed as to how those guidelines pertain to ICME 2022. We appreciate your cooperation in these matters.
