Cost-Saving Opportunities
Submit your registration form and payment by April 21, 2017, to receive the discounted registration rate (a savings of $100). TMS has also reserved a block of rooms at discounted rates at the congress location, the Ann Arbor Marriott Ypsilanti at Eagle Crest. Book by April 27 to secure the best rate.

Make the Most of Your Organization’s Investment
Offer to prepare and deliver a short presentation for your non-attending colleagues after the congress to share what you learned. That way, others in your organization will benefit from your attendance, too.

Gain Access to New Content
ICME 2017 attendees will receive hard copies of Building a Materials Data Infrastructure: Opening New Pathways to Discovery and Innovation in Science and Engineering, a new study led by TMS on behalf of the U.S. National Science Foundation. This final report summarizing the study’s findings will be released at ICME 2017 in May, where attendees will have a chance to learn about the results in an invited talk from study chair, Chuck Ward, Air Force Research Laboratory.
