Attendees must book their rooms by August 7, 2019 at the Fretheim Hotel. After that, the hotel cannot guarantee rooms.

- Provide check in/check out dates, full name, and home address

Room Rate
The TMS rate for the Fretheim Hotel is NOK 2145, (Krone) per night (~$250 United States Dollars). The reservation is for a Single room. This rate includes breakfast, Wi-Fi access, and access to the hotel’s standard amenities
Accommodations must be secured by August 7, 2019.
Please note that discounted housing rates are not guaranteed once the block is full, or beyond August 7, 2019, whichever comes first.

Prepare for your Travel
Transportation
- Hydro Aluminium AS Årdal will provide transportation from Gardermoen Oslo Airport (OSL), Oslo, Norway to the Fretheim Hotel, Flåm, Norway on Sunday, September 8. A bus will depart the airport at 13:00 and also provide return transportation from Fretheim Hotel, Flam, Norway to Gardermoen Oslo Airport (OSL) the afternoon of Friday, September 13, 2019. The bus will depart the hotel at 12:45.
- Hydro Aluminium AS Årdal will provide transportation of course attendees from the Fretheim Hotel to Hydro Aluminium AS Årdal on Wednesday’s tour.
Airports
- Gardermoen Oslo Airport (OSL) is an international airport in Oslo, Norway. The airport is about 300 km (a 4.5 hour drive) to the course hotel.
- Sogndal Airport, Haukåsen (SOG) is a regional airport in Sogndal, Norway. The airport is about 70 km (a 1.5 hour drive that includes a ferry) to the course hotel.
