Engineering Societies Letter to U.S. House Leadership on FY2026 Research Funding

TMS, along with six other leading engineering societies, issued a letter urging the United States House of Representatives to protect America's key technology research budgets in the FY2026 appropriations process. The letter emphasizes that technological innovation driven by federal research has been a primary driver of U.S. economic growth and is essential for future prosperity and workforce development.
