Air Travel
The Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe is easily accessible from the Reno/Tahoe International Airport, and approximately 45 minutes away by car. Student attendance is strongly encouraged at this conference. The conference has a limited budget to aid students in need of financial assistance which will be primarily provided in the form of reduced or waived registration fees. To be considered for financial aid, requests must be submitted to Christine Wang at wang@ll.mit.edu. All submissions must be received before the March 30, 2010 deadline. Recipients of financial aid awards will be notified as quickly as is possible.
