All attendees and meeting participants (authors, exhibitors, etc.) must register for the meeting. Conference badges must be worn for admission to technical sessions, the exhibition hall, social functions and other conference events.

The deadline to register for TMS2013 at the discounted advance rate was February 1. Attendees may still register on-line, through the downloadable PDF registration form, or on-site in San Antonio. On-Site Registration rates will apply.

MEETING POLICIES

Photography Notice
By registering for this conference, all attendees acknowledge that they may be photographed by TMS personnel while at events, and that those photos may be used for promotional purposes.

Audio/Video Recording Policy
TMS reserves the right to all audio and video reproductions of presentations at TMS sponsored meetings. Recording of sessions (audio, video, still photography, etc.) intended for personal use, distribution, publication, or copyright without the express written consent of TMS and the individual authors is strictly prohibited. Contact TMS Technical Programming at (724) 776-9000, ext. 212 to obtain a copy of the waiver release form.

Americans With Disabilities Act

Refund Policy
Refunds requests must be submitted in writing by February 1, 2013. A $75 fee will be applied.
