New Timeline for 2024
Symposium organizers, please take note of the new timeline for symposium proposals:
- Symposium proposals submitted by organizers via ProgramMaster by January 31, 2023
- Program Committee reviews proposals through February 28, 2023
- Feedback provided to symposium organizers by March 7, 2023
- Technical committee review and sponsorship at TMS2023 through March 23, 2023
- Call for abstracts will open by mid-April 2023
This change will allow the Program Committee to review proposal concepts early and to recommend collaborations and refinements to symposium titles and scopes before the proposals are approved by their respective technical committees. Our goals are to enable improved cross-division collaboration as well as identify and reduce overlap–two features that should increase presenter and attendee satisfaction as well as session attendance. By being aware of related symposia and planning accordingly, you will be able to ensure that your sessions have the highest-quality content and robust attendance.
