Registration Policies

Cancellation Policy: TMS reserves the right to cancel this course due to low registration; registrants will be notified at least 20 days prior to the course date and receive full refunds of registration fees paid to TMS. Travel-related expenses are the responsibility of the registrant and not included in registration fee refunds. If a registrant must cancel, TMS must be notified via email to e-mail before May 1, 2024. Refunds will be issued minus a $130 cancellation fee. No refunds will be processed after May 1, 2024.

Course Notes: Attendees will receive a copy of the notes for this course. These course notes may not be reproduced.

Dietary Requests: TMS will work with the meeting facility/hotel to meet attendee dietary requests, provided staff is informed of the special request at least 24 hours in advance of the request. Please indicate dietary restrictions when registering.

Time Zone: Unless otherwise noted, all times for this conference and related events will take place in the local time zone, Central Daylight Time (CDT), UTC -5 hours.

Language: The meeting and all presentations, program materials, and signage will be in English.

Currency: All meeting fees are expressed in U.S. dollars (USD).
