Registration Rates

* Discount rates on or before November 6, 2020.

*** Includes TMS e-membership through 2021.
****Copy of student's school identification card must accompany form.

All meeting fees are expressed in U.S. dollars (USD).

Registration Policies

Cancellation/Refund Policy: TMS reserves the right to cancel this course due to low registration; registrants will be notified at least 20 days prior to the course date and receive full registration refunds. If a registrant must cancel, TMS must be notified in writing before the first day of the course. No refunds will be processed after the course starts.   

Time Zone: Unless otherwise noted, all times for this course and related events will take place in the local time zone, Eastern Standard Time (UTC-5:00).

Language: The meeting and all presentations, program materials, and signage will be in English.

Currency: All meeting fees are expressed in U.S. dollars (USD).
