The Anode Technology and Control of Potline Scrubber and Fugitive Emissions courses are being held in the same location, but registration for these events is separate. Participants must only attend the sessions of the course for which they are specifically registered.

Meeting Policies

Cancellation Policy: TMS reserves the right to cancel this course due to low registration; registrants will be notified at least 20 days prior to the course date and receive full refunds of registration fees paid to TMS. Travel-related expenses are the responsibility of the registrant and not included in registration fee refunds. If a registrant must cancel, TMS must be notified via email to mtgserv@tms.org before July 31, 2023. Refunds will be issued minus a $120 cancellation fee. No refunds will be processed after July 31, 2023.

Co-location: The Anode Technology and Control of Potline Scrubber and Fugitive Emissions courses are being held in the same location, but registration for these events is separate. Participants must only attend the sessions of the course for which they are specifically registered.

Communication: TMS will be in contact with registrants prior to the start of the course for identification information (passport number and issuing nation) and sizing for protective equipment to be used on the plant tour. This information will be shared with the plant tour hosts, Aluminium Bahrain.

Course notes: Attendees will receive a printed copy of the notes for the course for which they are registered. These course notes are only available in print format and may not be reproduced.

Dietary Requests: TMS will work with the meeting facility/hotel to meet attendee dietary requests, provided staff is informed of the special request at least 24 hours in advance of the request. Please indicate dietary restrictions when registering.

Time Zones: Unless otherwise noted, all times for this conference and related events will take place in the local time zone, AST (UTC/GMT +3 hours).

Language: The meeting and all presentations, program materials, and signage will be in English.

Currency: All meeting fees are expressed in U.S. dollars (USD).
