Registration Policies

Cancellation Policy: If a registrant must cancel, TMS must be notified in writing (by e-mail or mail) before the discount registration deadline of April 30, 2021; payment will be refunded less a $75 processing fee. No refunds will be processed after the discount registration deadline of April 30, 2021.

Time Zones: Unless otherwise noted, all times for this conference and related events will take place in the local time zone, EDT (UTC/GMT -4 hours).

Language: The meeting and all presentations and program materials will be in English.
