Registration Information

This congress will be held April 3–6, 2022 and will include the following:

• Welcome reception (Sunday)
• Refreshment breaks (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday)
• Poster session reception (Monday)

Attendees are required to register and badges must be worn for admission to technical sessions, the exhibition, and all conference events.

AIM 2022 On-Demand Option

After the meeting, a selection of video presentations from some of the AIM 2022 presenters will be available on demand. If you choose the On Demand Only option for registration, access to the videos will be e-mailed to you. Registrants accessing the online platform can connect with other participants through custom discussion threads and networking-oriented icebreakers, as well as direct message and video chat.

Registration Rates

The in-person registration fee includes technical sessions, welcome reception, refreshment breaks, poster reception, and access to submitted presentation recordings via the online conference platform. The on-demand fee includes access to submitted presentation recordings via the online conference platform. Recordings will be available through May 6, 2022.

Registration Policies

Cancellation Policy: If a registrant must cancel, TMS must be notified in writing (by e-mail or mail) before the discount registration deadline of February 11, 2022; payment will be refunded less a $75 processing fee. No refunds will be processed after the discount registration deadline of February 11, 2022.

Dietary Requests: TMS will work with the meeting facility/hotel to meet attendee dietary requests, provided staff is informed of the special request at least 24 hours in advance of the request. Please indicate dietary restrictions when registering.

Time Zones: Unless otherwise noted, all times for this conference and related events will take place in the local time zone, Eastern Daylight Time (UTC/GMT-4).

Language: The meeting and all presentations, program materials, and signage will be in English.

Currency: All meeting fees are expressed in U.S. dollars (USD).
