EMC 2011: Meeting Registration
June 22-24, 2011 • University of California • Santa Barbara, CA

All attendees and meeting participants (authors, exhibitors, etc.) must register for the meeting. Conference badges must be worn for admission to technical sessions, the exhibition and all conference events.

MEETING REGISTRATION

How to Register
You may register onsite at the EMC Registration desk located in the University Center during the following hours.

  • Tuesday: 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Wednesday: 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Thursday: 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 10 a.m.

EMC is being coordinated with the Device Research Conference, also held at the University of California, Santa Barbara from June 20 to 22. Badges will be accepted for admittance to both conferences on Wednesday, June 22.

MEETING POLICIES

Campus Smoking Policy
The university prohibits smoking in all buildings, including residence halls. Smoking is permitted in designated areas outside.

Cancellation Policy
Requests for cancellations must have been made in writing to TMS and post-marked no later than June 3, 2011. A $75 processing fee is charged for all cancellations. No refunds will be processed after June 3, 2011.

Photography Notice
By registering for the conference, all attendees acknowledge that they may be photographed by TMS personnel while at events, and that those photos may be used for promotional purposes.

Audio/Video Recording Policy
TMS reserves the right to all audio and video reproductions of presentations at TMS sponsored meetings. Recording of sessions (audio, video, still photography, etc.) intended for personal use, distribution, publication, or copyright without the express written consent of TMS and the individual authors is strictly prohibited. Contact TMS Technical Programming at (724) 776-9000, ext. 212 to obtain a copy of the waiver release form.
