Welcome to the Attendee Toolbox. This section will house a number of useful items that can assist you with your conference preparation and overall experience at TMS2016.

Download the TMS2016 Mobile Application, now available on the App Store and the Google Play™ Store. To access the app’s content, simply enter the e-mail address you used to register for the meeting. This year, the app is integrated with the TMS Personal Conference Scheduler, so any schedule you create on one will transfer to the other.

Use the TMS Personal Conference Scheduler to create a customized daily itinerary for the TMS 2016 Annual Meeting & Exhibition. Select the presentations, networking, and social events you’d like to attend, and the scheduler will compile a custom itinerary that can act as your guide throughout the meeting and alert you to potential schedule conflicts. The Personal Conference Scheduler is now integrated with the TMS2016 mobile app, so you will be able to view this schedule through the app.

Use this email signature when corresponding with colleagues to encourage them to join you at TMS2016.

To attach this graphic to your email signature In Outlook take the following steps:

Copy the image (PC=Control + C / MAC=Cmd + C)

• Click "Tools"
• Click "Options"
• Click "Mail Format"
• Click "Signatures"
• Paste into Signature box (Control V)

If you will be presenting a paper at the TMS 2016 Annual Meeting & Exhibition, please fill out our Speaker Introduction form, print it out, and take it with you to Presenters’ Coffee the day of your presentation. Session organizers will use the information you provide to introduce your presentation at the session.
