Registration

The technical program begins with a Sunday welcome reception and runs through Wednesday afternoon with two or three parallel sessions on each day.

Social event schedule:

• Sunday welcome reception
• Monday poster reception
• Refreshment breaks during session intermissions coordinated with table-top exhibit and poster viewing
• Tuesday dinner event

Attendees are required to register and badges must be worn for admission to technical sessions, the exhibition and all conference events.

Registration Rates

Registration fee includes technical sessions, welcome reception, refreshment breaks, poster reception, and one ticket to the conference dinner

Registration Policies

Cancellation Policy: If a registrant must cancel, TMS must be notified in writing (by e-mail or mail) before May 13, 2022; payment will be refunded less a $75 processing fee. No refunds will be processed after May 13, 2022.

Dietary Requests: TMS will work with the meeting facility/hotel to meet attendee dietary requests, provided staff is informed of the special request at least 24 hours in advance of the request. Please indicate dietary restrictions when registering.

Time Zones: Unless otherwise noted, all times for this conference and related events will take place in the local time zone, Eastern Daylight Time (UTC-4:00).

Language: The meeting and all presentations, program materials, and signage will be in English.

Currency: All meeting fees are expressed in U.S. dollars (USD).
