This congress will be held Sunday, May 21 through Thursday, May 25, 2023, and includes the following:

Sunday evening welcome reception
Refreshment breaks coordinated with exhibit viewing
Monday night poster reception
Wednesday dinner event

Attendees are required to register, and badges must be worn for admission to technical sessions, the exhibition and all conference events. Registration fees will be paid to TMS in USD.

Discount Registration Deadline: April 7, 2023

ICME 2023 Registration Award

A limited number registration awards are available for students, postdoctoral researchers and early career investigators who have received their degree within the last five years. These awards are intended to support individuals within the aforementioned groups who have not yet registered for this event due to lack of funds. Each award recipient will receive complimentary registration to ICME 2023 which includes a welcome reception, plenary, and poster reception. In addition, partial travel support may be available depending on available funding.

Applications will be awarded on a first come, first served basis with preference given to those who have not previously registered for the conference and/or are willing to present a poster if provided the opportunity. Please note that receiving this award does not guarantee approval of a poster abstract. Applicants are encouraged to submit their form as early as possible. Applications will not be considered after April 25, 2023. The organizers reserve the right to limit the number of award recipients per institution or organization to fairly distribute the funds among potential attendees. Members of underrepresented groups are strongly encouraged to apply. If you have any questions about this application, please contact programming@tms.org.

Award recipients will be notified by TMS staff no later than May 1, 2023. In order to be eligible for the award, recipients must plan to attend the full ICME 2023 conference. Apply today!

Registration Policies

Cancellation Policy: If a registrant must cancel, TMS must be notified in writing (by e-mail or mail) before the discount registration deadline of April 7, 2023; payment will be refunded less a $120 processing fee. No refunds will be processed after the discount registration deadline of April 7, 2023.

Dietary Requests TMS will work with the meeting facility/hotel to meet attendee dietary requests, provided staff is informed of the special request at least 24 hours in advance of the request. Please indicate dietary restrictions when registering.

Time Zones: Unless otherwise noted, all times for this conference and related events will take place in the local time zone, Eastern Daylight Time (UTC/GMT -4)

Language: The meeting and all presentations, program materials, and signage will be in English.

Currency: All meeting fees are expressed in U.S. dollars (USD).
