REGISTRATION
Registration fee includes technical sessions, welcome reception, refreshment breaks, poster reception, the conference proceedings in both PDF ebook and printed format, and one ticket to the conference dinner. All meeting fees are expressed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Student Rate: Must be a full-time graduate or undergraduate student at the time of registration; a copy of student school identification card is required; nonmember students must mail or fax form.

REFUND POLICY: Written requests must arrive at TMS no later than August 8, 2022. No refunds will be issued after August 8, 2022. A $75 processing fee is charged for all cancellations.
