This meeting will be held Sunday, September 8 through Thursday, September 12, 2024 and includes the following:

  • Sunday Evening Welcome Reception
  • Refreshment Breaks (during intermissions and interactive sessions)

If you booked on-site housing via the TMS room block, your booking will include:

Attendees are required to register and badges must be worn for admission to technical sessions and all meeting events.

Guests staying off-property who would like to attend the Symposium Awards Reception, Banquet, and/or Barbeque will need to purchase tickets separately for those events.

Tickets to breakfast and dinner are a part of the guest room package at the Seven Springs Mountain Resort. Those guests who made their reservations outside of the Superalloys conference block must purchase tickets to breakfast and dinner in advance from TMS in order to attend these functions, including the symposium banquet on Tuesday and barbecue on Wednesday. To purchase these tickets, contact mtgserv@tms.org by August 12, 2024. Tickets will not be available onsite.

Social Tour

Please note the tour has reached maximum capacity and is now sold out. Those interested may still select the tour as an option during registration and will be placed on a waitlist. Should a cancellation occur, you will be notified and charged for the ticket expense.

Add the optional tour of the Frank Lloyd Wright house, Fallingwater, on Tuesday, September 10, to your Superalloys 2024 registration. The tour fee will include admission to the site, a guided group tour, and round-trip transportation. Tour registrants must be over 21. The registration deadline for this tour is July 15, 2024. Conference Transportation

Please note that shuttle sign-ups have closed. Please contact Meeting Services to check availability.

A shuttle is available to transport registrants to and from the Seven Springs Mountain Resort and the Pittsburgh International Airport. Shuttle tickets must be reserved in advance. Registrants will be contacted for flight information and with specific shuttle departure times.

Registration Policies

Cancellation Policy: If a registrant must cancel, TMS must be notified in writing (by e-mail or mail) before the discount registration deadline of July 15, 2024; payment will be refunded less a $130 processing fee. No refunds will be processed after the discount registration deadline of July 15, 2024.

Dietary Requests: TMS will work with the meeting facility/hotel to meet attendee dietary requests, provided staff is informed of the special request at least 24 hours in advance of the request. Please indicate dietary restrictions when registering.

Time Zone: Unless otherwise noted, all times for this meeting and related events will take place in the local time zone, Eastern Daylight Time (UTC/GMT -4).

Language: The meeting and all presentations, program materials, and signage will be in English.

Currency: All meeting fees are expressed in U.S. dollars (USD).

Continuing Education Credits

Can participants earn continuing education credits even if TMS is not a registered education provider with their certification body?

In many cases, yes. Certification bodies often accept relevant continuing education from professional entities on an hour-for-hour basis. We recommend contacting your certification provider to confirm specific eligibility requirements before registering.

For proof of participation, you may use your payment receipt or contact TMS to request a certificate of completion.
