Registration Policies
Cancellation/Refund Policy: If a registrant must cancel, TMS must be notified in writing (by e-mail or mail) before July 22, 2024; payment will be refunded less a $130 processing fee. No refunds will be processed after July 22, 2024.
Time Zones: Unless otherwise noted, all times for this course and related events will take place in EDT (UTC/GMT -4 hours).
Language: The meeting and all presentations, program materials, and signage will be in English.
Currency: All meeting fees are expressed in U.S. dollars (USD).
