Virtual working, which occurs when geographically separated individuals collaborate towards a mutual goal, has increasingly become the norm. Leading a virtual team with the foresight to focus on taking actions that increase the benefits of virtual working, whilst addressing and minimizing the risks, allows team members to be effective at operating and supporting colleagues in a virtual environment. These skills have only increasingly become more essential with the onslaught of the COVID-19 pandemic.

This course will enable managers of virtual teams to lead those separated by distance, time zones, and cultures. Adopting a dynamic approach within a virtual environment enables managers to focus on maintaining the team’s objectives and goals while managing team performance, regardless of location. This webinar will provide clear direction on how to manage a virtual team and how to build relationships and communication that enable tasks to be achieved and projects to stay on track.
